I am a newbie investor who just read Dean's book. It sounds good and I am excited to start. I live on the Westside of Los Angeles, but work in Monterey Park. I am interested in networking and teaming up with people in the Los Angeles area. I see that you have been a member since 2009. What kind of success have you had since that time- assignments, rental properties? What areas have you focused on? Thanks for your input!
