Loved your presentation last year and this year. Both are brilliant. Already googled to find the top 10 surgeons in my investment area. Quick question--how do you find their e-mails? I'm only finding mailing addresses. Do you subscribe to one of those services or is there an easier way? Again--brilliant ideas--I love it! Thanks for any guidance you can give.
