Motivated, Motivated, Motivated.

A few years ago I was investing with a women I was dating. Things were working great from a business view but not the relationship. I made a few dollars when we disolved our LLC but I have not been involved in real estate since.
I moved back to the US about 1.5 years ago from Montreal. I was working there as and executive for a nuclear pharmaceutical company. I loved what I was doing but hated being away from the U.S. and family. The good news, I met my wife in London, UK while I was living in Montreal. Currently, I am work with my brother as a partner in a little retail pharmacy, but that is not what I want to be doing. My plan is to start investing in real estate again and "Be a real estate Millionaire".
