After reading the rules, I’m a bit scarred to ask a question. There are so many topics, and threads, that you could spend hours reading though all of them, especially with a slow connection. The last thing I want to do is unwittingly post in the wrong place, or replicate a question. If you are not getting a response because you are the last question in a 98-page list, can you post again in a different place? If not, can you delete your first post then repost?
Are you allowed to put links in your postings? I have seen this a lot on this site.
Please help.

Hi, I hear ya, this is such a wonderful website were all of us can come together. I'm a little bit conceerned about entering something for fear of placing in wrong area, I'd hate for not being able to come here and see how many lives are being changed, and the great service that is being preformed. So maybe someone can set us stright. If I hear something will gladly let your know. Best to all

Don't worry if you happen to get something under the wrong topic. It is just a guide to help keep things a little more organized and make it easier to find info if you are looking for something.
If you have a question on a certain topic post the subject in the box in the top left hand corner and push enter. Do not click on the magnifying glass. It is only there to confuse the new people. It does nothing. A list of entries will be listed w/ your subject in them.
Yes, if you post a question and don't get an answer, repost by starting a new thread. Do not post your question in the middle of someone else's thread. That is called "hijacking" and is not polite.
Yes, you can put in links. But not soliciting links.
Hope this helps.

I never knew how to post or even what the PM meant for almost a year. Finally by accident, figured it out.
But you can't put your personal email, or phone number on the posts. So if you want to get in touch with someone separate from the post, send them a PM and that is where you can give them your email or phone number.
But if your question is important, and gets bumped to the bottom, just add another comment or something to bring it back to the top again.
This is an excellent site to learn on, and welcome to the site!
