Had to immediately use Sellpoint. GREAT! When I submit it, all the sites continually turn and say 'processing' (for an hour now). Is this normal?
Also, I can not see the buttons at the bottom, I had to guess which ones to use to add photos and submit to Sellpoint because only a very small sliver of the top of the buttons show. There is no scroll bar at the side for me to go down further. Is there a fix for this? Am I the only lucky one with this issue? LOL
does anyone know a company that will supply email addresses of companies, LLC's - the one carol stinson recommended does only private citizens i have a lot of llc's on my lead pipe list. thanks.
i used vista print for my postcards, they look good - they were free (100) when i signed up with ring central, for my #1800 phone number. i had also ordered business cards through them. ring central also supplies free fax service, if you want a toll free number vs the fax system through sfl
Which internet browser are you using? Sometimes different versions display differently. See if you see any differences by opening it up through IE, Firefox, or Google Chrome,

I had a similar issue, I had to reduce the display size of the window show it all showed, how this works depends on which browser you are using.

Anyone have ANY contact from one of the sites that sell point blasts to? Not the cash buyers or in system buyers but the websites that your ad goes to for 90 days. I have had 3 KILLER deals that were purchased by my buyers within 24 hours but never heard a peep from any of those website ads. Not that it matters, they sold, but they are still listed for 90 days and not one reply.
I like the matching and emailing features and the business control aspect of the SFL automation. I use it daily! Combined with the other program I use that provides transaction funds, and Proof of Funds letters on demand I have the acquisition side and the sale side covered when I flip and double close REOs and short sales!
This much I know, NO website or automation will EVER replace personal interaction with your BUYERS when building your business.

This is true, but not always possible. I have a couple of out of state properties, and I cannot meet with people personally. One I've had since 2004, and have had TERRIFIC results by marketing online. GREAT tenants, always military families! Its worked out WONDERFULLY!
Now, my newest acquisition is in GA and I'm in CA, so I HAVE to rely a lot more than I like to on the internet. Wish me LUCK, or better yet, PRAY for me!
Just get a team on the ground that can do it for you! They can do the interaction with your buyers. I also have great luck with finding tenants online, in fact that is where I have had the most luck!

I have posted a few deals using Sellpoint and so far I have not gotten a response from any of the sites I blasted to, at least not that I am aware of. I seem to have better response using Craiglist, I also use Postlets which makes that code that you can cut & paste into your Craigslist ad.
I do like the internal e-mail and powerlinking of deals! There are lots of great features to the system that will help with your business.

has not even transmitted. I'm working with tech support to figure out why. Apparently if its been listed in the past, it will not repost, even if its new info. Bummer. All the big sites like trulia, zillow, and yahoo real estate won't work for me.
I suspect signs will be a better route to go!
I had the same thing happen and they sent me an email saying that it did. Although I do not see my ads on any of the sites it was supposed to post on.

Hi,
I was wondering with the new Lead Pipes Update. Has anyone started to market to the bankruptcy leads?
If so, I am hoping to find an example of a postcard or letter anyone is using or has had success with.
Also, does anyone know if these leads are individuals who have gone through bankruptcy or just filed for it?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

In SFL if the name is none is that a Bank? Anyone know? If so then is thee address the property address? I am getting most of my mail back. I assuming the address is where the buyer is located and not the property address. I am doing this right? My county records are on line so thats not the issue. HELP- it is frustrating to get your direct mail back!!
When I save the cash buyers list into a csv file and look at it it gives you the name of either the company or the person. When it shows up in SFL just on the buyers page it doesnt always show the name but it will when you save the file. I hope that helps. you can import it to excel to view.

Hi there DG family! Please don't laugh at me, but I JUST now set up my lead pipes. I didn't want to be locked into a county I didn't want, so I've waited until I actually started the wholesale side.
I can pull up 682 pages of private lenders and 920 pages of renters. BUT, there are absolutely NO cash buyers! Am I doing something wrong?
Also, when I have a list, like say for renters, how do I sort through them, ie by city? I know, silly newbie questions from a seasoned investor, but I'm hoping someone can guide me. Thanks!
Looking to solve my 'cash buyers' not showing up.
I posted that my cash buyers have never shown up either and somehow my post has been deleted....odd.
