OfflineI just finished reading this book (I woke up in the middle of the night and had to finish reading it)!! Too bad I have a job to go off to, but I do have a long weekend coming up.
Where to start? So many things to do, find a mortgage broker, find a real estate agent, set up voice mail, set up web page, post ads... Can't wait for the calls to start rolling in!

I would say get the fear of talking to people out the way, just call some people about houses for sale and talk to them a bit and get comfortable with all that... that is if your nervous about it
