Unloading bulk deals can be difficult because not all of the properties an investor might want. Make sure you advertise on the right kind of sites to find your bigger buyers.
Try the following sites:
1. www.connectedinvestors.com
2. www.linkedin.com
These are two of my favorite sites for such items as you are offering. Try to see if your seller will allow people to cherry pick (take only the properties they want and not the entire package). This could help move this quicker.
