any low cost suggestions for a web sites? I need to point my buyers to my web site to capture there info then put them in constant contact.

You can try Wix. I just found it and customizing it now. The current trend is to display a form that buyers fill out and e-mail you their information. This feature I have not found yet.

cash buyers needed

My question is: I'm trying to leverage my access to cash buyers in my area...through HUD. I've been unable to find the link to find properties sold through HUD.

What I mean is: I seek sold property information by finding the bids accepted and the dates accepted...by selecting the county or state data. Then by doing so...getting data of who has purchased property in the last 30-days.

Does anyone have any suggestions of how to do this? I've gone to the HUD site and am unable to find this information. I would accept any suggestions on: finding this info and building a buyers list, methodically...

Who bought what

The only suggestion I have would be to consult county recoards. And as a side benefit, if you do it I person you might bump into other buyers while you are there. Networking.
