That would be a good idea to delegate to someone else. Just make sure they're doing exactly what you asked them to.
You could pay by the hour. 8 hours of work times 10 dollars= 80 dollars.
I have never heard about anyone hiring people from craigslist. Do you have a neighborhood kid who does yardwork for you or a kid who you see working for neighbors? Might be easier to work with them, since you can find them easy. You could have them write the signs as well for 12 dollars an hour. Just find some local highschool kids, whose parents allow them to go around town by themselves.

If you have a bandit sign stapler/hammer it shouldn't take that long to put them up. That can be done within a matter a minutes.

What happens if after three weeks you don't close a deal???

Take the time to do it yourself, save yourself money you don't need to give to someone else.

I do 15 to 20 every Friday night. I know they are getting done and going right where I want them. It takes me on average from 6:00 to 8:00 to do it. Now sometimes my travel time to get to my location can be up to 1 hour round trip. I have found FSBOs, estate sales, other bandit signs to call on, for rents etc etc all by getting out there myself. No hourly guy could do this for you.

I also always have 5 or 6 signs with me at all times. While out looking atv properties, going to meetings etc. I can put one up while I am doing something else! Multi- tasking!

The best thing to do is figure out what really works for you, your situation and your goals. If you believe it would be beneficial to hire someone to go out and post and collect your bandit signs for you, do it. If you feel, as others do that you being in total control of how, where and when they are posted and collected, then budget your time accordingly.

If you do decide to hire someone, just make sure they are responsible and able to get the job done to your specifications and in a reasonable amount of time. You don’t want to be paying someone to do something poorly, especially as it’s you who will deal with the fall out. I would also suggest that you follow up on the job they have done the 1st couple of times, just to make sure everything is up to par.

Either way you go, just do your homework. Weigh your options, and see which one is going to work the best time wise and financially.

Divide and Conquer!! It's simple - find someone you can hire to do the job for you that you can TRUST. That's the key, surround yourself with a good team that you trust and will support your business! Like Corey said though, do what works for you.
