Give me some tips for marketing!!!

I am seeking getting started and I am in need of some help finding some assignments and how to start putting information out here for people so I can start making money fast.

There are unlimited ways to find buyers. I strongly suggest you read 'Profit From Real Estate Right Now,' it will surely clear your mind up. There is a real way of marketing for buyers and Dean has a unique method of explaining this nice and clear.

The best way I have found buyers, and I have some real good ones. Is I go on Craigslist looking for THEM. I read ads ,and you can pretty much tell if its an Investor or not.Then e-mail them and tell them you have a great way to find house way, way below FMV, and when you get another one, to give them information and then either Birddog for them or pass it along in an Assignment. It has worked everytime for me. I got 3 local buyers doing that, and Im sitting here now waiting for one to call me back too see if we are going to close a deal that I just found for him.

Different areas to react differently to marketing. In your area Craigslist may work well in other area it does not.

You will want to test different options.

One that works well in our area is we have a local major news station that has created a website. This website in our area is one of the highest trafficked spots in our area. These specific marketing spots can have amazing success for certain areas.

Again try it and may you find luck.
