Finder's Fee-Both Sides?

Is it legal to collect a finder's fee from both the buyer and seller? I live in Florida. I don't know if laws differ state to state.

This is a very good question. I was thinking about the same thing couple days ago. I will love to hear the answer to this because I was thinking of making both the seller & buyer sign a finders fee contract for any property that I agree upon a finders fee.
