OfflineChrissy and I just purchased the Edge At Home program and are very excited. We have been dabbling a little in the REI world and have a couple of rental properties. We needed to up the stakes and get things moving.....Any idea's on how to approach the training program and any other pointers would be very much appreciated.

Personally, I don't think you need to do anything to prepare but grab a comfy chair, your snacks and drinks (because you won;t want to pause the DVD), a pen and notepad and be ready to Step Off The Edge!

I haven't ordered the Edge 11 yet, but when I got the Edge 10, I could not stop watching and taking notes-they are very informative! For me it was like an Edge marathon... non-stop, so yes, make sure you have a comfy chair, and enjoy the ride!

I couldn't stop watching the edge dvd's when I got them. But after I was done I was sooo crazy excited I didn't know which way to go because all the information seemed a little overwhelming. So after you're done watching the DVD's, pick the path that makes the most sense and is financially feasible for you. Then plow forward and don't look back. Once you've mastered that strategy you can begin expanding in other directions and incorporating more strategies..

Thanks Tina in Las Vegas, I'm jealous...and thanks to Valerie and everyone else. We are gonna jump head first into the program ASAP.
Don't worry about being jealous. Do just do it! Jump in! Some of what we learned was:
- spend 85% of whatever time can spend per week building your buyers list (this was from Ali)
- I learned that I know more people than I realized once I started thinking about who might be interested in making the BEST money possible with their investment money
- and then there was Greg--- his main point was Just Do It!

You will be blown away by the amount of info dished out. Good thing they have a table of contents so you know who was speaking on what subject.
Personally I was so overwhelmed that I ended up joining the Success Academy.
I had all this information but couldn't decide which was the best course of action for my situation, how to link it all together in a coherent plan. I believe my biggest problem was trying to figure out how much time to allow for each step of the process.
I believe that it's the EDGE 10 that everybody's talking about because EDGE 11 just completed and it's not out on dvd yet as far as I know.

Appreciate the info and did joining the Success Academy help you decide your best course of action. We are also in that situation along with still working JOBS its hard to find the time and energy after working 40 hours and being weekend warriors in the rehab arena....But we will get there !!

Well I just enrolled, have first session scheduled for Monday.
I'm going to a foreclosure auction tomorrow to find cash buyers.
Making a form for them to fill out, quick and easy and I won't have to worry about forgetting pertinent questions.
I also came up with an untested strategy for narrowing down potential RE agents before you even start calling.
So that's where I'm at, we'll see how it goes.

Today is my first full day to get back into our business!!
