cash buyer

I have a cash buyer who wants to buy a lot of property in florida.I live in maryland and i would like to jv with someone from florida.My buyer wants two condos to start and more when those close.

Hi Jef,

JV'ing with other wholesalers in Florida is a good way to go but don't rule out getting the deals yourself and assigning them to your buyer. You can find a lot of good people to jv with on www.connectedinvestors.com, setup a free account there and start finding people to work with there and finding deals there. Also you can post ad's here to find students in that area as well.
