I am relocating to Portland this week after I close my home in Colorado. I am moving to the city with no place to live as I know no one. I have just sent my youngest to college and close on my home this Thursday ( I did really well FSBO thanks to all I have learned as a DGer) Some call me brave most call me crazy... but I am doing it anyway. With all the fellow investors here someone has to be a landlord or know landlords in the area (looking in the SE inter city and have a ten year old Basset now my sole responsibility, otherwise pretty flexible ) I am looking to rent as of now until I figure out where to go from here.
