O.K. I wish there was more of me! Today I got the ball rolling with my husband and son. For anyone who was hoping their spouse would step up to the plate and do what is obvious, don't have those expectations! I have been saying all along, "Honey if you can learn about putting together a buyer's list, I will keep learning how to structure great deals." Well it wasn't working, so last week I went through all my notes and today I spelled out what each of them can do, if they would agree. Vic has a list I have put together about who to call and what to say, he will be placing some ads, that I will tweek if need be. He also has directions about what banks to tackel and what to say. I even have answers to questions pinned to the wall in front of his desk. I will guide my son to be a fantastic Bird Dog. That way when he moves away he will always be able to make money on his own. We even sent away for some free business cards from Vistaprint. He chose the design he liked, we took his picture wrote down his info added our LLC. info and our usaproperty web site. Then I went over where he needs to go (Court House) , treasure office, county records) and what he needs to find.(Back Taxes, Probates, Etc.) We will meet every Wednesday morning to keep the ball rolling. The thing that is uncomfortable for me, is I feel like I am taking steps in the dark. Those two are with me and I am leading the way, but I don't know where I am going exactly and I wish I wasn't leading. So that means I will just keep going in the dark and as I learn more and step out of my comfort zone I will see the light. I have also gone onto Totalview to check out some properties I think are good deals, talked to my relator, and another one about those auction houses we saw Saturday. I would be all over that if we already had buyers!!! Family is coming in the next few days, may be too busy, so Talk to you when the commotion is over. Charisse
