Newbie in the game

I completed reading two of Deans' books two weeks ago. I am still psyched up but a little bit worried of the unknown. I have so far managed to get a real estate agent, she is a professional. Can you imagine, she replied my emails promptly and send me a list of three properties. The properties seems alright. I plan on checking out the properties.The main problem, I don't have buyers at the moment. I am getting nervous.

Start running ghost ads on CL about one of the props,also approach members of your REI club about these deals.
If you do make an offer, make sure you have exit clauses in place in case you need to back out for any reason...Jan

Progress

I ran ghost ads on craiglist. I hope to get an investor who can take advantage of the properties I have searched.
