I wrote at the top "I CAN DO IT". I told you this would be my mantra.
#1 is Build a buyers list of 10 buyers over next 30 days. I wrote how with detailed instructions on how to do this.
Example: Find local property managers to find owners/landlords.
#2 Find motivated sellers
Also with detailed instructions on how to do this.
#3 Call and speak to 10-20 money lenders to find at least one to fund my first deal.
Not to quit until I succeed!
#4 Be organized and professional.
This includes keeping phone numbers and e mail categorized.
#5 Keep a positive, expectant attitude.
This is my "home work over the next 30 days.
I plan to go through my 1st deal in this time by any method meaning; assignment, partner, bird dogging, etc..
