Real Estate Attorney

Im new to wholesale and I'm in the process of building my team, when speaking to an real estate attorney that you want on your team what are things to ask? I know the basics like assignment deals and double-closings but what else should I ask?

Use Transactional funding

I use transactional funding instead of a realtor. It is cheaper.
