Good Morning-
We are in NW Indiana. We have not stretched out to the Chicago area but will be in the near future. We focus on Lake and Porter Counties here so if you have any thing this way please let us know.
That being said we were given about 12 deals in the Chicago area to wholesale from an individual in our investment club if you have buyers. They are mostly multi-family but let us know.
