I recently replied to one of Dean's Weekly Wisdom stating that I had thought of something, so powerful, that it would change your lives indefinitely and it would provide you with the best gift ever! No joke!
I had asked Dean to contact me to discuss what I had discovered.
Well, we all know how busy Dean is not only with his Real Estate business, but also with his family and other endeavors to make sure he makes this a better world than it is. And I agree with him whole heartedly. I want to be remembered for helping those with temporary setbacks as well as those who jest need a kick in the pants to get off their assets and do something productive and meaningful.
Than being said, I've decided to write a book discussing just how I am going about achieving the forementioned objectives and I want to share the main underlining idea and concept with so many of you, but I've been advised by legal councel not to reveal the details until I have copyrighted my idea.
You see, my idea is so powerful that it will change the way you approach real estate investing and any other endeavor, regardless of yur current situation. And believe me I've been at all time lows recently.
It's interesting that Joel Golsten revealed in his message today that God has a purpose for all of us. Some he will lead away from the fire, others he will take through the fire in order to burn the hinges surrounding us and that are preventing us from becoming whom he intended us to be, similar in thought to what Dean referred to a becoming bullet proof. Well, I feel as if I've been shinged lately only to finally realize my true calling and I will reveal what I have learned very soon, but don't despair.
My gift to you is this -- you already have what it takes to succeed in anything you want to -- you just need to learn how to uncover what your true possibilites are and how to go about achieving them.

Here are the real keys that can't be avoided.
1. Hard work, determination and persistence. The unstoppable drive to succeed.
2. Learning how to properly evaluate property values, down to the very location of the subject property. Accurate ARVs.
3. How to determine accurate rehab/remodel needs and costs.
4. How to build a list of REAL buyers. Solve the POF, earnest money and financing issues up front.
5. The entrepreneurial skill to build your business when you have not done deals yet.
6. Common sense and great people skills.
7. Know what exit strategies to use on each deal. What contracts to use for what type of deal.
Put your thoughts and efforts into what is listed above and you will be well on your way to doing deals!

Agree. THERE IS NO MAGIC FORMULAS TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL IN REI. If there was I would have found it by now. Dean is the only teacher that will show you the tested ways to become a REI star. You must get down and dirty in the trenches to become a success....Jan

I read some of your comments and I agree whole heartedly with your take on the message. You see there are many viewpoints one can take. Some assumed that I was going to write a book on real estate. However, I'm not. True that it will involve taking the principals and capabilities I have learned from Dean and applying them in todays situation, but more on that later.
I agree there are no magical solutions and yet we all have unique properties that will allow us to overcome any obstacles we face to achieve greatness.
We encounter many different characters in our daily lives and some of you will become actors in my book. This book will be a take on my journey to getting the Gold and the characters I meet along the way.
This book will be Free to all DG family members because I want testimonials, straight up.
So thanks for the above comments. My comment is just "you don't know, what you dont know and you will not know until you take the blinders off to new ideas and thoughts of proven strategies."

I didn't assume it was a book on real estate, as it sounded like it was more in line with a Napolean Hill book or A book like Totally Fulfilled by Dean! I was just saying there are many books or REI as well as lifestyle and mental attitude, etc.
I don't know how you would give all of Dean students a free book as their are probably millions of students. I mean students join this site everyday. I don't have blinders and don't think the others do, just being realistic. Entrepreneurs are open to new ideas, but were being realistic here, so it remains to be seen.

I want to do something out of the ordinary. I understand how some people may be sceptical. However I discovered something about myself that is applicable to each and everyone of us. I guarantee this will cause everyone to think a little different and realize their true posture potential.
