OfflineI recently stumbled upon a number of abandoned homes in my area that need my attention. Follow me on my quest as I get these homes under contract, wholesale some, partner with other investors, etc. and provide jobs for the homeless.
I'm going to document my journey via YouTube so you can follow along. Everything will be documented.
In fact, I just posted an introductory video on YouTube but I have restricted access to the video. You must be a DG family member to view it and you must provide with your YouTube name of login name to gain access to it. The reason for me doing so is because I have incorporated certain nuggets that I have learned from Dean and Matt and gave them my own twist.
I also want feedback from the DG family on how I may improve the video.
The first video is entitled "Change is Inevitable." Please view it and pay particular attention to the types of homes I have pictured. I will provide detail on how you can locate similar homes in your neck of the woods. It's quite simple if you do the leg work.
This system is easy to follow but requires grunt work. Later I will hire unemployed personnel to do the grunt work and hire homeless people who want to turn their lives around.

Unless of course your goal is to be an educator. If that is the case than good luck and I hope through all the deals you do that people are helped and they learn something. Maybe you should look into starting a non-profit Corp. Because hiring street people and the unqualified unemployed will make it very difficult to make a profit. The training alone will be quite costly. Most guys that do this for a living hire qualified people that make a living doing what they do.
A non-profit could be the way to go.
