The Conduit I have access to the LTV depends on the deal, usually 20-30% cash in the deal, refinancing debt it can be less, and interested in mainly deals over $1MM. They also have bridge, mezzanine, and depending again on the deal commercial hard money. They are very competative on rates and are note a mortgage broker, they can write the check! Notes they are interested in buying notes from the seller or seller reps (no daisy chain)direct that are greater than $1MM and in major metropolitan areas. They are not interested in Bulk SFR notes.
