my power team

I called a lawyer in my area and asked if he has ever done an assignment of contract in re and he told me yes and says he works with investors. He said give him a call anytime i need legal counsel or help with a contract. So thats one member of my power team. I called a classififed ad in the paper about a property an investor is trying to get rid of on a land contract and after a couple aof phone calls i found out he owns his own title company besides being an investor himself. He told he would love to work with me. These networking reallly pays big dividends if u just go out there and take simple action just like a phone call. The universe rewards people who take action
