OfflineWhat does it take to consistently stay on the path of learning and implementing what you learn here on DG ?? You NEED to continually develop your mindset. As you have heard and seen deans messages lately he is driving home and teaching us why and how to train our brain. It is hard to try and learn to do all these things taught here WITHOUT first learning to develop your mindset. When you FINALLY start developing that mindset muscle , you will see how the strategies and directions you get start to FLOW easier and you will begin to "get lucky" so to say and magical things begin to happen. I have experienced this first hand when I began learning deans wisdom in 2009 and put into use the Dailey "training " I learned from him, tony Robbins and others that instill you have to believe to achieve and what you think- will actually come to life and positive breeds positive-- and so on as we have learned. Live by the golden rule. All these great quotes and advice.
As for myself and multiple others I have spoken to and read about , the one thing that I have found is the Dailey task or HABIT of LISTENING to tapes and cd's and podcasts and seminars and webinars about inspiring stories, wisdom,tasks, lessons,motivation,blueprints, formats,strategies,quotes,how to '$, and ANY positive messages that FEED your sub conscience mind thus DEVELOPING your mind muscle to CREATE ease of your learning and implementing tasks. Doing this Dailey , you will begin to form a habit that just magically transforms everything you take in and you absolutely feel like you can take on the world. When Dean talks of what is between your ears and how he strives to give us the tools and what he has learned through life experiences and his own training - ----- He is giving us the SECRET to what most never figure out. If you take two individuals and give them the SAME info - and one develops their mindset as suggested while implementing what is taught and the other just tries to implement , Who do you THINK will execute the best ??? I think you already know 
) ............if not already then START TODAY to focus on deans mindset messages and his personal power ideas because if you do then you will far exceed others if you develop in this area !!!!

Inspite of knowing full well to stay engaged and keep learning all this awareness for some reason is falling through cracks.

Development. Napoleon hill was on my bookshelf and a Dailey read for many months a few yrs in a row. I STILL go back and re read his work along with " listening" to his audio's

There is a black and white 2 hour film on YouTube where Hill talks about his techniques. A must view if you have read the book.
In my opinion, the fact that Andrew Carnegie commissioned Hill to undertake the task is proof enough!

There are so many great mindset books including ones from Dean Graziosi Tony Robbins Napoleon Hill Earl Nightingale Dale Carnegie and many many more that I have read and implemented. The most recent one from Brendan Burchard is Motivation Manifesto and Dean also recommends this one.

GET ON THE MOMENTUM WAGON and strive to hang here on Dg EVERY night at least for one post or two. I know you have been involved and working hard but have sometimes lost steam just as we all have at on time or another. When you get up in the morning CREATE a 15-30 minute RITUAL of doing something in real estate that gets you OVER a hurdle that you never before attempted. Then find a mentor or partner to help out with to share your thoughts, dreams and goals with. Ask questions of them and take on tasks that you are a litltle uncomfortable with in the past. You CONFIDENCE will begin to SKYROCKET !!! Stay in the game and hang here to share your actions with others. You are realizing that you CAN and will do what it takes to PUSH yourself to a higher level and you also will be INSPIRING others to follow your footsteps !!! BUILD your mindset and actions to the next level !!! You can BECOME better than yesterday starting NOW !!!! Go for it bud !!!
