Hi. I am a very serious newbie looking for either a mentor and/or partner. I want to do wholesaling and I am looking for someone who wouldn't mind answering some questions just so I can make sure I am doing it all the right way. I have done a lot of "leg" work already, but I am a very hands on learner! It's also important to know that I need to do it with no money down. If anyone is interested, I am willing and able to do all or most of the work with some guidance and then split the profits with you.
