Hello,

My name is Scott and my wife and I just started working towards becoming successful real estate investors a few weeks ago. We're members of Dean's Success Academy and have read both of his books. We live in Easthampton (which is in western MA, Hampshire county). We're just now building our Power Team and haven't located a good real estate agent or mortgage broker yet.

For starters we're looking to invest in pre-foreclosures, FSBO's, or even bank-owned properties that we can fix up if needed and then rent for positive cash flow. We're also interested in IEE's and Assignments if the deal is win-win for both the seller and buyer.

Any advice and/or leads from the community would be greatly appreciated.
