Offlinehard money lenders are doing a thriving business in todays climate. If you are not getting the financing you need try these lenders. I would do a google search to find those near you.

Hey Joe, what about long term hard money lenders. Is anyone thinking about those LOL. Maybe this could be another idea to consider, say maybe 6 -12 months.
