in some cases you dont need good credit but as you know it is wise to learn how to improve it .One of the best gifts we can give our children is to teach them financial independance ....and STARTING their credit out right will only give them head n shoulders advantage over other investors when they start investing.I hope i wont be workin so i can catch this webinar.....it will be some great information to digest and share with others!!! thanks dean!!! you are always bringing us value !!!! and OVERDELIVERING !!!

Excellent information! I already signed on to the webinar before seeing the video. I've been dealing with credit problems lately and am having trouble reaching a human at ANY of the sites for help. Any advice?

This is great stuff. I have been thinking this is something that should be taught in school,something that people can really benefit from and use in the real world. This is the kind of information people need to know about while they are young. I actually had my son apply for a credit card when he was of legal age . I used the card and paid to help create a good credit score. Of course he has learned the benefit of having good credit. As always Dean-another great blog.

IM GOING TO SEE THIS WEBINAR... I WAS WITH ROBERTS CREDIT GROUP FOR 2 YEARS BUT IM NOT SO SURE THEY DID WHAT PHILIP CAN DO

This is really great information!! Before I fell and broke my leg I was starting to pay down my credit and now that I am grounded to a chair with a broken leg What can I do when I lost the rehabbing to pay some bills is now over, because I cant even walk let alone climb a later. I will not have any money to work with and the creditors don't care you broke a leg.

I am talking about a sears Visa Credit card. Can you please ask your friend Phil to answer this question in his webaner? It will be two months before I can even look for work again. I was planning to buy your newest book Making money in 30 days, last Friday but that not happening this week as I did not make money this week. That could have given me answers but without money what can you do???

It was really interesting to me that if you only have one credit card that is not good you need 3-5 credit cards you are using and paying off so that their is always a new history to be reported on you. I haven't been able to get to the part about what credit cards are bad for you and why as I don't always have the quiet I need hear what Phil is saying, where I am staying while healing. He is a really good teacher and I am so grateful to you for plugging me in to his free training and webaner.

If I can get on disability I will have something to pay on the credit card but I will only be grounded for two months so I don't know if I will be able to qualify for disability? Or how to get on it.Without the ability to make any money for two months what can I do regarding my credit? I have been trying to rebuild my credit for years like your friend Phil said. I was doing a good job until this broken leg.

I tried to put emails in the referral boxes and they did not except the email addresses. I would like to get at least 4 or more of my Friends to be sent an invitation. As I believe everyone who is willing to listen to you can benefit GREATLY from this.

I would especially like my friend Oscar hear this information. He owns a restaurant and because of the city and county health department it took him 9 months to reopen his restaurant at a new location. When the city was happy the county was unhappy. This has challenged his credit to where it really hurt him. I believe the two of you together could greatly help him.

Dean this is a man worthy really worthy of our help as when we have disasters Oscar is the first one in line donating food to the red cross, paying his staff to serve and donates meals to juvenile Hall for Thanksgiving Dinners I over see as a volunteer.

When he was less than 3 months in business he closed his restaurant and not only donated food but catered all the shelters and Red Cross office, Paying his staff, not getting volunteers to serve the food.

Now Oscar need our help with credit so that he can stay in business. How can I get Oscar and my other friends in on the webaner if the program to send an invitation will not let me put it in? I only have his phone number but I will try to get his web address.

means nothing to banks, you are right; I couldn't get a loan for the life of me because they conveniently remove $3000-6000/mo of my legitimate income. I am thinking of 'strategically' defaulting on my 2nd in order to try to settle for a payoff for less than I owe. Is this possible to do? I'm in CA and it is a non
recourse loan. I have never made a late payment in 22 years (my hubby 25) and have always had great credit because we do whatever we have to do (all legal) to make sure we can pay our bills. (I birdogged 3 properties (just introduced buyer to seller) and wholesaled 1 to make it past my hardship in the last 4 months).
