Hello Fellow DGers,

I'm sure many of you would agree with me when I say!!

Wow, this whole processing has been like a roller coaster ride. It has been thrilling, nail bitting, exhilirating, fast, very fast. (Don't think a slow roller coaster would go over well) Trust me I have wrapped myself in the safety belt of Deans system and strategies and yes holding on tight. Oh and who can forget the screaming. Inside, I have been screaming as the universe has pulled me too my next level.

As much as I want this (my time for me to control). I must admit. I was kicking in screaming as I was being pulled out of my comfort zone into the next lane.

Anyway, I'm in the final negotiation of the contract being excepted!!! YEAH!!

I must admit I've been coming along rather well. I have managed to get some hungry buyers. I'm just looking for inventory.

If anyone has a great deal that they locked up in Baltimore, MD let me know.......I have a few hungry buyers.

Hello All,

I'm finding that I'm having challenges with the RE Agents that I've been coming into contact with as it relates too the contract.

Is anyone else finding these contracts too be quite cumbersome??? Do you all have any suggestions, Am I going about this all wrong?....

I'm open to any suggestions.

Hello Family,

I must say, I'm starting out with the 30 day plan, and I'm posting this blog so I can check it off on my homework assignment list. I'm moving forward and doing everything I'm told too do. The level of confidence that I'm receiving as a result of listening and implementing what I'm told too do has been surprisingly a great feeling.
