I have been coming across a lot of properties where the tax info is being mailed to BAC TAX SERVICES CORP. Who are they? How can I find contact them for information? Can I assume the seller fell behind on their taxes and this may be a possible lien purchase? If this is a possible lein purchase how would I approach the sitution?

Began My Blue Print

Good morning DG Fam,

I had a few delays this month getting started but kept hearing Dean say don't let life get in your in way. So here I am. I have a late start on the Blue Print & on meeting my August goal.
