Hi everyone,

This my first time posting to the blog. I have just finished reading the materials I got from Dean. I'm working on my action plan. I listened to an audio conference with Dean and Matt about the most important 3 things to make you successful.
1.Bulid Buyers list of cash buyers who want to hold and rent properties
2.Negotiate low prices and sell cheap.
3.Be Full Service
I've made my marketing plans for the first 2, but have a question about #3 in regards to banks that don't need seasoning. Does anyone know of any banks in South Florida that don't need seasoning, or any national banks that will loan nationwide who don't need seasoning.
