I have no money to invest in real estate. I'm reading DG books. But still not getting off the ground. I have never done real estate before just having a hard time and would like to get DG new programs that would help me out alot but do not have the money. Need some help with how to find invested that will pay a finders fee for the properties they are looking for if I do this than I can have money to get off the ground. How do I go about doing this. if anyone have any good tip can you pass it on to me.

go to the free ad websites. Craigslist, kijji (i think i spelled it wrong) backpage, etc. Place an ad stating that you have a property for sale or a handyman special 40 cents on the dollar, all cash deal. this will get you started. Also look for your local rei groups
