Most of us go through our day of life not really feeling what it is that our body is trying to get us to pursue. I know sometimes I will want to do a specific task, but because I am at work or on someone else's time, I will put it off or never even get to it.
Well lately, I have been honoring my inner feelings to do spontaneous things that I thought I didn't have the time to do before. Just taking control of my own feelings and honoring what I feel I should be doing, instead of what I think other people will expect of me.
If you ever feel like you need to get away from something for a while, step back and pay attention. This may be your self trying to tell your self some thing very important. Keep in mind, that even if you don't honor it, some other force may cause you to pursue that which has been overlooked!
