WEEK 1 - Day 3

OK. I read the 30 Days to Real Estate Cash book, from the Table of Contents to page 47 about 3 times. So far, so good. I have to keep telling myself not be scared. If I don't try my best, then I'll never know.

The other day I read this:

THREE SIMPLE RULES
Number ONE: If you do not go after what you want, you'll never have it.
Number TWO: If you do not ask, the answer will always be NO.
Number THREE: If you do not step forward, you'll always be in the same place

How true! The are the rules I live by right now as I go forward in this program.

So, here's what I've done so far:
1) I listened and watched all the suggested videos.
2) I created an email address with a business name, so I look professional. The signature has all of my prominent info.
3) I typed my short and long-term goals, starting from within 30 days up to 5 years. I printed it and have it hanging on my wall in front of my computer. (which is on its last leg!)
4) I collected all of the local realtors in my area. There are only 4! So, I figured I could go around a 20 mile radius. I have about 10 real estate offices that I will be contacting this week.
5) I drove around my town and wrote down addresses/realtors of the houses for sale. There's one For Sale By Owner, but I'm not sure if I should be contacting that person. I'm gonna go for it anyway. See what happens.
6) I printed the Matt Larson transcript and tweeked it for myself. I will be faxing and emailing the realtors this week.

Now that's what I'm GOING to do this week! My next blog will be what I actually DID !!!
