Among surviving Christmas and New Years with my family and friends, I have managed to keep abreast with my new endeavor by going through this website a few times a week. The other week I drove around my area looking for houses and found a couple!! yea!! Now, I have to do the reasearch for an interested investor. This is where I'm stuck...trying to find investors. I've placed ads in the website. I also thought about those "yellow signs." But, not sure if that is only good for HOUSES TO BUY or SELL. There is SOOOOOooo much info and ideas being thrown at me right now. I feel like Ive been thrown into the deep end of the pool and now I have to dog paddle my way through to the shallow end (WHERE THE PARTY IS AT BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE WHOLESALED MY FIRST HOUSE!!!) Oh, and least I forget....I'm am bogged down at school right now. I am not great at Biology!!!
