Oh geez! This is it! Honestly, I'm a little scared. Honestly, I'm a lot scared. Honestly, I'm petrified. But, at the same time, I have faith this will work. I've watched Dean on his infomercials several times and kept saying to myself, this sounds good, but will it really work? I am on a VERY tight budget. I take care of my Mom, own 2 businesses, and go to school full-time with the goal of being a Physicians Assistant. I have 2 more years before I get my BS in Alternative Medicine. Then, hopefully with good grades, get accepted to medical school in 2014! It would be wonderful to have the means of receiving a steady income. I am not the type of person who wants hand-outs. I've been brought and firmly believe you work for what you want in life. I am truly grateful and am blessed for all the things I do have, but I've worked for them. If this program works ... ok, I'll be optimistic ... this program will work so that I can continue to afford going to college and getting into medical school. As I said in My Intro, I live in Edenton, a small town (less than 6000 residents) near the Outer Banks, North Carolina. It's located on the Chowan River, so if you love the water, you'd love Edenton. When I first moved here, the first thing I thought of was the old Andy Griffith Show and Mayberry with little Opie and Barney. Everyone says "Hi" and it's just a quiet, quaint little town. There's a lot of history here and many of the original buildings are still standing. There are, though, all type of homes that need some renovation. Those that people did renovate are so beautiful! It would be awesome if I could connect an investor to one of these "in need of a little lovin'" homes! That's why I decided to just go for it. The time is perfect ..... so here I go! (p.s. if anyone can share any guidance, info, helpful tips, references, motivational thoughts, anything, please let me know!) Trisha
